Meet Your House Manager:
Maddi Rietman

Maddi Rietman, an Indiana native, grew up seeing the impact of Ronald McDonald House—and now, she witnesses it firsthand every single day.

As a mother herself, Maddi brings a deep sense of empathy and understanding to every family she meets. She knows that each day can hold both heartbreak and hope, and she walks alongside families through it all—offering support in the hardest moments and celebrating the small victories that mean everything.

Whether she’s helping a parent find their footing after a long day, sharing a quiet moment of encouragement, or turning a tough afternoon into a trip to the toy closet, Maddi is more than a resource—she’s a steady presence and a source of comfort.
